Our White Glove service is available for large furniture items (sofas, sectionals, beds, etc.). Our delivery team will bring the item into your room of choice, unpack it, assemble it if necessary, and remove all packaging materials. This service ensures a hassle-free experience.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's status in real-time.

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at info@ .com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or solution.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your furniture. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Some items, like clearance or custom-made furniture, are final sale and not eligible for return.

A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for non-damaged returns. For large items returned via White Glove service, a pickup fee may apply.

It depends on the item. Desks, chairs, and some smaller items may require basic assembly with instructions and tools provided. Large items like sofas and sectionals often come fully assembled, especially with White Glove delivery.

Warranty & Guarantees

Yes! We stand behind our quality. Most of our furniture comes with a limited manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years, depending on the product. The specific warranty details are included with your product documentation.

Our warranty typically covers issues like structural frame defects, spring malfunctions, and significant fabric flaws under normal use. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
