4. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery dates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring accessibility at the delivery location.
• Additional fees may apply for redelivery attempts, restricted access, or assembly services.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product has been delivered.

5. Exchange and Return Policy

• Standard (non-custom) items may be eligible for exchange subject to our official Delivery, Exchange, and Refund Policy available on ferozzi.com.
• Refunds are not offered except where required by law.
• A restocking fee may apply if an exception is granted.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

6. Warranty

• Ferro products are covered by a limited written warranty as provided at the time of purchase.
