This page covers the terms most relevant to it. The complete policy — every clause, numbered exactly as on your signed order form — is at Delivery, Exchange, Refund & Order Form Addendum.
1. Our Commitment
Ferro Furniture LLC is committed to making ferozzi.com usable by everyone, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time project, and we review it as the site changes.
2. Conformance Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, learning, and neurological disabilities.
We describe our conformance as partial: most of the site meets Level AA, and we are actively working on the areas that do not yet. Third-party content and embedded services are not always fully within our control, and we note those separately in Section 5.
3. Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML structure, with landmarks and a logical heading order on every page.
- A visible “skip to content” link and a keyboard focus indicator on all interactive elements.
- Text alternatives for product photography and other meaningful imagery.
- Colour contrast checked against the WCAG AA minimum for body text and interface controls.
- Form fields with associated labels, and errors announced in text rather than by colour alone.
- Menus, drawers, filters, and accordions operable by keyboard and exposed to assistive technology with ARIA states.
- Responsive layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling and remain usable at 200% zoom.
- No content that flashes more than three times per second.
- Accessibility review as part of our process whenever templates or components change.
4. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. We are aware of the following and are working to resolve them:
- A small number of older journal posts contain images whose alternative text is incomplete.
- Some PDF documents provided for reference are not fully tagged for screen readers. We will supply an accessible alternative on request.
- Certain third-party embeds, such as payment and mapping widgets, are governed by their providers’ own accessibility standards.
5. Third-Party Content
Parts of our checkout, payment processing, financing, analytics, and mapping are provided by third parties. We select vendors that publish an accessibility commitment, but we do not control their code. If you encounter a barrier in one of these components, please tell us — we will help you complete your purchase by another route and raise the issue with the provider.
6. Alternative Ways to Reach Us
If any part of this website prevents you from finding a product, understanding our terms, or completing an order, we will assist you directly. Our team can take your order, describe products in detail, arrange swatches, quote delivery, and process payment by phone or in our showroom.

7. Feedback and Reporting a Barrier
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of ferozzi.com. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us at info@ferozzi.com with:
- the web address of the page,
- a short description of the problem, and
- the browser, device, and assistive technology you were using, if you know them.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to provide a response describing our proposed resolution, or an accessible alternative in the meantime.
8. Assessment and Review
This statement is based on our own evaluation of the site, using a combination of automated testing tools, keyboard-only navigation, and screen reader review. We review this statement whenever we make significant changes to the site, and at least annually.
9. Legal
Nothing in this statement limits any right you may have under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, or any applicable state law. This statement is provided for information and does not itself create contractual obligations. Our purchase terms are set out in our Delivery, Exchange, Refund & Order Form Addendum and Terms & Conditions.
