Complimentary consultation, swatches, and made-to-order pieces.
1. Design Consultation
Our team helps you plan a room before you commit to it — layout, proportions, materials, and how pieces will work together in your space. Bring your dimensions, floor plan, or photographs and we will work through the options with you.
There is no charge for a consultation, and no obligation to purchase.
2. Materials and Swatches
Colour and texture never read the same on a screen as they do in a room. We send fabric and leather swatches free of charge so you can see them in your own light before choosing. Order free swatches.
3. Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces
Most of our collections can be made to your specifications — size, fabric, leather, finish, and configuration. Custom production takes approximately 120 days, and changes requested after confirmation restart that timeframe. Request a custom quote, or read the terms in Section 3.2 and Section 4.5.
4. Trade and Contract Projects
We work with interior designers, architects, developers, and hospitality clients on multi-unit and contract projects, with trade pricing and dedicated support. See the trade program.
5. Booking an Appointment
Online booking is coming soon. In the meantime we schedule appointments by phone or email, usually the same day.
