Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom, non-sale items. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our customer service team at support@ferozzi.com or call 1-800-123-4567. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For standard returns (change of mind), a return shipping fee of $149 applies for furniture items. If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We are happy to facilitate exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact our team to arrange an exchange. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly recommend ordering fabric or leather swatches before placing a custom order.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
