In-stock items deliver in 5–10 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces take approximately 120 days — an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Delivery is quoted by distance, calculated per mile from your nearest Ferozzi location and confirmed by our team after you order. White-glove service is carried out by our own team and includes in-home placement, assembly, and packaging removal. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for access requirements and fees.
All sales are final. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun. In-stock or standard items may be exchanged within 7 days, unused and in original packaging, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Visit our Returns, Refunds & Claims page for full details.
